Squirrels are opportunists that love high quality foods, birdseed, nuts, pet food, and agricultural crops. Squirrels love to stash their findings of nesting material and food in their current nesting area. Squirrels will chew through roof vents, roof lines, valleys, access through dormers, chimneys, wall vents, and foundation vents. They are masters at finding small compromised areas that they will chew through to access attics, wall voids and crawl space/basement areas.

First, we do a thorough inspection. Inspecting all exterior soffit/fascia, roof line, flashing, roof vents, shingle ridge, steel ridge, chimneys, crawl space vents, and access points.
Once inspection is complete we will provide a professional quote for humane removal, repair, and clean-out. We recommend using exclusion traps for humane removal. All potential entry points need to be properly sealed before exclusion traps can be placed on primary entrance holes. This process can be extensive and time consuming depending on the structure. Once all the squirrels have been removed, we then seal the remaining primary entrance hole.

This large vacuum system is stationed outside with large containment bags placed into a dumpster. Contaminants are vacuumed directly into the bags. This will dramatically reduce secondary contaminants from entering your living space.
